Our regular weighers are specially designed for medium sized fresh produce such as potatoes and onions. A weight range of 1 to 10 kg portions is most common for this type of weigher. The entry level weighers are the M8 and M10 with a capacity of up to 35 drops per minute. In the mid-range we have the M10i D, MD12, MD16 with a capacity of up to 70 drops per minute. Our high-end models are the MD16 D and MD20 D with a capacity of up to 100 drops per minute. These machines have dosing buckets added to pre-weigh the product, making the product flow faster and more accurate.

The weighers in the ‘Large’ series are specifically designed to handle larger products and larger weights. A weight range of 5 to 50 kg portions is most common for this type of weigher. This series includes the M2 XXL, M8 L, M10 L, MD10 XL, and MD14 XL models. The M2 XXL is an entry-level option with a capacity of up to 14 drops per minute with 25 kg weights, perfect for handling the largest produce. The M8 L and M10 L are mid-range options with capacities of up to 14 drops per minute with 25 kg weights, with very accurate weights. For high-volume operations, the MD10 XL and MD14 XL offer a capacity of up to 24 drops per minute with 25 kg weights, providing superior performance for the largest and heaviest produce. These models are equipped with enhanced features to ensure precise and rapid weighing, accommodating larger portion sizes with ease.

The weighers in the ‘Small’ series are specifically designed for smaller-sized fresh produce such as cherry tomatoes and small potatoes. A weight range of 0.25 to 5 kg portions is most common for this type of weigher. The entry-level model is the M2i V, with a capacity of up to 24 drops per minute, making them ideal for handling high volumes of small produce efficiently. In the mid-range, we have the M10i Ds, M12 V and M12i V, offering a capacity of up to 60 drops per minute. These models are designed for precision and speed, ensuring accurate weights and fast processing times. The ‘Small’ series weighers are equipped with advanced features to provide consistent performance and reliability, making them perfect for handling smaller portion sizes with high accuracy.

The weighers in the ‘Frozen’ series are specifically designed for handling frozen processed produce, meat, and fish. Typically, these weighers handle portion sizes ranging from 0.25 to 5 kg. We offer two models in this series: the M12i Fr and the M16i Fr. The M12i Fr is ideal for medium weights, while the M16i Fr is better suited for smaller portions. Both models feature patterned sheet metal to prevent product sticking, ensuring smooth flow. Additionally, the removable buckets and stainless steel parts facilitate easy cleaning, maintaining hygiene and efficiency.

The weighers in the ‘Carrot’ series are fully stainless steel and specifically designed for longer products like carrots, parsnips and leeks. A weight range of 0.5 to 15 kg portions is most common for this type of weigher. We offer two types of ‘Ca’ weighers, the M10 Ca and M12 Ca. The M10Ca is more suitable for medium weights and the M12 Ca is more suitable for smaller portions.

The weighers in the ‘Soft Fill’ series are specifically designed for apples and pears. A weight range of 0.5 to 15 kg portions is most common for this type of weigher. These machines have no drop heights and all kinds of features to prevent bruising. The M1 SF is a small belt weigher, where the product is weighed on a conveyor belt with a capacity of up to 14 weighing’s per minute with 2,5 kg weights. The M14 Sf is a larger multihead weigher which provides very accurate weights and a capacity of up to 30 drops per minute with 2,5kg portions.
