In AIMS, all individual machines, lines and projects can be found through the search engine. The program contains more than 10,000 drawings of lines and projects. A very extensive collection of arranged photos and a video library with more than a thousand films. A specially appointed programmer and administrator is exclusively involved in this. With the help of AIMS, the video conferences are very effective. We can search and immediately come up with all the alternatives that have already been worked out according to type of product, machine, or name.
At this point, we involve the customer in this process with video conferencing. The process as we usually go through can be seen in the diagram. Customers will see new ideas and designs that will benefit the design of their own systems, that they would not have known about without this database.
Project Drawings
In AIMS, we have categorized and stored more than 3600 project drawings. The drawings can be found in different ways. We can select by country, customer, product or capacity. We constantly keep the system up to date. Someone is constantly storing and categorizing all relevant information regarding drawings, movies, pictures and packaging material etc. These drawings can be shown to you during a video conference and will be a source of inspiration. We can respond very appropriately to specific questions from you. We have a good chance that we have already drawn it or have already encountered a somewhat similar problem. The library is expanding every day.
Video and Images
Allround Vegetable processing India and Holland makes videos of the integrated projects, lines and individual machines, shorts and tutorials where possible. The films are from all over the world. At Allround Marketing we have a professional department for film editing. We pay a lot of attention to the design and structure of the various films. A special way of putting films on YouTube and distributing them via social media are the so-called shorts. Shorts are movies that are edited in portrait, so they are very easy to play on a phone. The duration is usually no longer than one or two minutes. In these shorts, we always cover a very specific part. This can be a machine, but also a complete process. For example, making french fries. In the shorts, we also cover parts of a certain process that we do not deliver at Allround Partnership of Companies. The films about 180 are all arranged by subject. Besides the videos on YouTube we have in our AIMS system more then thousand other movies.
Project Calculations
Allround Vegetable Processing wants to deliver what it promises. For this we have drawn up a very detailed calculation schedule. All values in this scheme are processed in formulas (formula based) and can therefore easily be adapted to your specific conditions. Together with you, real assumptions are entered in the calculation scheme to get reliable results.All aspects for a quantitative substantiation of your line or project are covered. A very important outcome is the bottleneck in the process. For this we have put together a line in which as many aspects of a packhouse as possible are discussed. The line is a washing and grading line.However, we can of course adjust these for your specific configuration.
Packing Material
In AIMS, we collect as much information as possible for packaging material. We do not pretend to be able to give a complete picture of this. However, we have useful examples of packings for the machines that we regularly sell with our partners. We have bought from different supermarkets in Europe all products from different years. In India, we bought products from the various major supermarket chains all over the country. We have thoroughly analyzed the products and packaging materials. The conclusions can be shared with you. Based on these conclusions, very specific recommendations can be made for the way of working and packaging.
