llround has been a supplier to the process industry for carrots, onions, potatoes and related products for decades. Together with our partners, we have carried out dozens of large and small washing and reception projects all over the world. In India, Allround India is involved in at least 80% of the chips and French Fries projects. As a supplier of receiving bunkers, pre-sorting, washing lines and grading and bunker installations. Allround together with the Partnership of Companies have an extensive range of machines for: receiving, box automation, destoning, pre washing, final washing, polishing, brush washing, hydro cooling, storage hoppers, internal transport, sorting, weighing – packing and pelletizing. For internal transport, we have an extensive range of conveyor belts both flat and modular (Intralox), water flumes (transport by means of water) and weighing belts. We have realized projects together with all brands of frying lines for chips, Namkeen and French fries. We have a lot of experience in developing a good water management plan, supplemented with various forms of water purification if necessary. With ADMS (Allround Data Management System) we can map out the entire process with dynamic models. Allround is the manufacturer of four different ways of mechanical grading systems. In addition, we work with a large number of suppliers of electronic sorters and optical graders. In the project development phase, Allround India will assist you with a professional team. We prepare your project in detail with drawings in 2D, 3D, calculations and project descriptions. Allround and it’s partners are prominent suppliers for the potato process industry. In principle, the lines and technology of Allround and partners are separate from the actual frying line. Allround with the Partnership of Companies is therefore compatible with any producer of French fries, chips or whatever. However, we can offer internal transport for you for each project, installation or single line. Below is a brief overview of our delivery program for potato processing projects.

Frozen carrots, sliced and diced (spaghetti, balls, blocks, dices), juice, carrot chips, additives ( powder), carrot oil and pigment. One of the main pillars of Allround is the fresh carrot washing and grading and packing lines. For the process industry for carrots we have supplied large and small washing lines. Our machines are used in line that may or may not involve several other suppliers. We work on a project basis with manufacturers of slice and dicing machines. For the actual drying process, we work with various suppliers. We also work with other suppliers for peeling and cutting slicing and dicing.
